We don’t always need to experience terrible things to feel off-track. Sometimes, we’re simply out of alignment with our soul’s truth. Societal pressures and the weight of perfection can wear us down. We may already be aware of our limitations and need guidance in navigating them, particularly when it comes to self-worth and purpose.

At other times, deeply ingrained limiting beliefs in the subconscious may surface, and we might not even be aware of them because we’ve fallen out of alignment with our true selves.
