SLOW 

the gentle embrace of slow; learning to let life hold you​

i’ll hold the pace — your body can meet it when it’s ready

​

the more I slowed, the more slow felt aligned with my values- authenticity, self-trust, & honouring lived experience rather than overriding it

 

presence over performance

​

for some bodies, moving slowly doesn’t feel natural- & that’s okay

​

over time, as our nervous system senses safety, slowness becomes possible- this alone gives us permission to pause, to soften, & to arrive fully here- in our own time

 

slowing down allows us to feel beneath the stories- to notice the fear, the uncertainty, & the tenderness that lives underneath our patterns & reactions

​

when the body feels safe enough, the mind can rest, even briefly

​

often in slowness, thoughts pause- this can feel like a strange sensation because we are so used to narrating our experiences- this pause is a sign of presence, not absence- arrival, not distraction

it’s here- in true feeling, not thinking- that patterns begin to soften

​

this offering is a gentle, embodied space to slow down, reconnect, & listen more deeply to yourself through feeling

​

through guided reflection, somatic awareness, & shared energy presence, we explore how the body holds wisdom, patterns, & protective responses- & how safety, compassion, & curiosity can begin to soften them

​

this is a calm, grounded space that honours your nervous system, at your pace

​

nothing to fix, nothing to force- only the space to meet yourself with more tenderness, clarity, & choice- however this arrives for you-

moving with a deeper sense of inner stillness becomes possible

​

open to anyone beginning to explore their healing, & to those already familiar with the journey 

​

you are welcome exactly as you are

​

meeting yourself as honestly as you are ready to, with as much compassion available & allowing something new to emerge at its own pace

​

your chaos is not dysfunction its devotion

 

your intensity is not a flaw, its frequency

 

we must feel & love it all, including our rage, our desires, our grief
